Chat bot to help with TrakCare customization/settings

There have been numerous occasions when I have faced difficulty in locating a particular setting in Trakcare, which has hindered my ability to reproduce or test a JIRA promptly. This becomes an even more significant challenge when I am not familiar with the system area or functionalities. In such instances, I believe utilizing AI, such as chatgpt, integrated within TrakCare, can provide valuable guidance for internal users and external customers who require assistance with basic troubleshooting, configuring settings, and customizing workflows.

    Hi Alex,

    I suspect the issue here could be that the feature configuration is usually not documented well enough, this is expecially true for TrakCare SITE level developments.

    If the feature configuration is documented well enough for example in PDF, then a starting point could be using documentation to drive a Text only AI for example: https://community.intersystems.com/post/langchain-intersystems-pdf-documentation

    In this example this is a one shot question and answer process.

    It doesn't matter that the information is spread over disperate multiple documents, as text fragments with related text get aggregated.

    A more capable AI Copilot facility would suggest what value the setting should have, where to set it, and / or provide [yes] [no] buttons to set it on behalf of the user. Complexity would be to initiate a change control session or select an existing change control session of the user, being mindful of what is a Regional and site based CCR propergated and controlled session.

    A product leap would be to realize a facility where customers negotiate the expected behavior in Text for how they want the deployment to behave differently. Where the user operates entirely in their information domain, negating the need to know how automatic configuring of settings and workflow adaptation occur.
