By leveraging preexisting speech recognition technology (akin to ones used my other customer representative services), we can set up a similar system where ambulances can call a number to prepopulate patient data so that the hospital can be prepared for incoming emergencies.
This process is currently either completed by paramedics manually who input the data whilst taking care of a patient or they call those who are in the hospital. By implementing such a solution, we can ideally reduce the workload on medical workers.
The idea inspiration came from TrakCare caring where one of the exercises had us pretend to be a medical worker who was inputting incoming patient information.
