Dynamic creation of REST Response

As I am working on my first REST client, it would be helpful like with SOAP requests if the Class Structures could be built automatically. While the request class would still need to be built and defined, it may be helpful or save time if we could take the generic JSON response and have the Response structure created as it is being read in from the source.
