Time in Queue of Messages

It's importantent to have an information of messages (Ens.MessageHeader) logging the time of it in Queue.

For example: When you call some BO and your message keep in queue fro a little, after it is processed. you have ONLY TimeCreated and TimeProcessed logs. You DON'T have log that your message take some time waiting in queue.

It's very usefull also to reorganize pools of productions items.

    It's possible to register a TRACE of Queue Time, but it is ver hard to do at every BP and BO.

    Should be VERY HELPFUL if it could appear as MessageHeader property;
