we encounter some issues in the global master's portal ,sometimes related to ask's and sometime related to reward redemption or reward delivery assistance. which is currently not available

    Hi Harshitha,

    Thanks for submitting the idea! We are currently limited by the features of the new vendor but will be advocating for this functionality.

    In the meantime, we will implement a workaround by adding an option to message the Global Masters admin via Developer Community or a web form. This will be added within a week!
