InterSystems IRIS Project Initializer

A new feature on Open Exchange portal to create the initial IRIS project files from a Web Wizard with the options:

1. Project name, version and root package

2. IRIS version and product (IRIS or IRIS for Health)

3. Checkboxes to select if the project has: Python, Docker, Docker Compose, Interoperability, Analytics, Unit Test

4. Allows search and include IPM packages to the module.xml file

5. Web server (internal or external, apache or nginx)

6. Persistent or ephemeral instance option

7. Other configuration options.

The output will be a zip file with all project files. As an inspiration, the Java developer community has the Spring initializer to do this: https://start.spring.io/
