Expose "Reply To" as default on EnsLib.EMail.AlertOperation

Description of the idea

On Email alert operation we had to extend the class to expose reply to on the standard EnsLib.EMail.AlertOperation . It would be useful if this out of the box was exposed and could be used instead of having the wrap the object up

What problem does it solve?

Developers not having to have custom code to do out of the box operations the email class already supplies but just not accessible

How does this impact the efficiency, stability, reliability, etc, of the product?

More efficient and users will realise this is possible and not risk emails going to unmonitored inboxes

Provide a specific use case or scenario that illustrates how this idea could be used in practice.

Alerts to external business partners now replyto will mean we get the reply back in correct mailbox

I think a lot of healthcare users of TIE will use an account for sending email and one to be used by a team and not manage the senidng mailbox.

Exposing the out of the box replyTo setting would make development for some users more simple.
