The idea is IRIS instance will generate a human-readable summary that highlights whether the system is configured according to InterSystems best practices.

Key configuration checks might include:

• Are Large Pages enabled?

• Is the Maximum Per-Process Memory set to -1?

• Is a Virtual IP (VIP) configured for IRIS for Health or HealthConnect?

• Is the HSSYS database mirrored?

• Are Global Buffers configured in proportion to available physical memory?

• ...and other key system parameters.

This would help system administrators more easily validate and maintain proper configuration, ensuring alignment with InterSystems recommendations.

Phase Two (Optional Extension):
An AI/ML-based report that could analyze ^SystemPerformance reports to detect common issues, such as:

• Insufficient available memory for the number of active processes.

• Global Buffers too small, leading to excessive disk reads.

• Slow disk etc.

This would give admins actionable insights into both configuration and performance optimization, reducing the time needed to troubleshoot/manage IRIS instances.
