Port Authority: Include FTP/SFTP Server Names and Ports

The Port Authority database is a great tool for tracking ports and IP addresses for inbound and outbound connections for interfaces based on the TCP adapters. However, it does not record hostname and port (FTPServer and FTPPort properties) for File Transfer services and operations. Adding these values to the database/report, perhaps by re-using the existing IPAddress and Port fields is requested.

When the organization's Security Team periodically requests details on connections to external services, having this list readily available would be a great convenience.

I need to correct this ... slightly. The Port value is collected, but the FTPServer value (synonymous with IPAddress) is not.
