Updating Provider Directory to use Cache Tables instead of Code Tables

The use of Code Tables instead of using the built in functionality of SQL Tables seems antiquated.

We are looking to implement a stand alone HealthShare Provider Directory. Our current Provider Directory uses SQL Databases across many sources, and the Reference Tables are maintained within those SQL Databases.

When we move to HealthShare Provider Directory, using Code Tables seems a bit antiquated and could be managed better if we could maintain this within SQL Tables instead of having to update files and upload those files into HSPD.

By using a SQL or Lookup Table instead the time to maintain code tables could greatly be reduced by also giving us the ability to have others maintain would be greatly reduced.
