Use ISOS as acronym for InterSystems ObjectScript

The traditional acronym, COS (=Caché ObjectScript) is not really up-to-date
and appears to be rather unwelcome in an official context
ISOS for InterSystems ObjectScript seems to be more appropriate

    We have never had a formal acronym for ObjectScript, so go ahead and promote this one and see if it catches on!
