Fix "Daily Points!" to mimic old behaviour.

With the old Global Masters, the daily points rush reset at midnight of the new day (or so, never stayed up till midnight to check) but - for example - if I did my daily points rush at 4pm local on Tuesday, I could still get my Wednesday daily points rush at 9am on Wednesday.

The new system seems to wait a full 24 hours to make the next day available, so if I get busy on Tuesday and do the daily points rush at 4pm, I can't get my Wednesday daily points rush until at least 4pm Wednesday. Assuming I'd even remember to do it that late on Wednesday, due to personal reasons, I'm never available any Thursday evening, so I miss out on that day... and because I would miss Thursday altogether, I think Friday resets to the initial 5 points.

I miss the old system...
