Enhance CREATE DATABASE by adding WITH INTEROP and WITH ANALYTICS options

While it's very convenient to use the CREATE DATABASE command to quickly create a

namespace with two databases suffixed with D for data and C for code, it would also be useful to

add options to automatically make this namespace immediately available for interoperability and

analytics.

Therefore, I suggest adding options to automate the creation of a portal application with the

Analytics option enabled and the addition of interoperability-related mappings, avoiding the

need to manually execute ##class(%EnsembleMgr).EnableNamespace("namespace").

I also propose adding an option that allows the resources associated with each database (ie:

%DB_DBNAME) to be automatically created to prevent the databases from relying on the

%DB_%DEFAULT resource.

The final command might then look like this:

CREATE DATABASE dbname [ON DIRECTORY pathname]
[WITH [ENCRYPTED_DB] [GLOBAL_JOURNAL_STATE [=]
{YES | NO}] [INTEROPERABILITY] [ANALYTICS]
[DB_RESOURCE]]

CREATE_DATABASE...
