Limit History and make it more Adhoc (OnDemand) within Steward Portal

Currently we have Real-Time interfaces that is contributing to massive number of updates to a single record, and when you try to view history, it is timing out trying to build out all the records.

Instead of the History being a snapshot of all History since the beginning of the Record automatically being executed, it would be nice if we could pass some parameters to the History to optimize performance within the application.

Ideas would be like only return within a Date Range, or Number of records.
