Support linux bash language on DC text editor

The codesnipet on DC text editor supports some languages, I suggest include linux bash language too.

allow cancel "Pending approval"

After a major Quality Check & Fix action I have a bunch of packages waiting.they don't get approved in a single run.So I prefer to reduce it to 1 by day. And CANCEL the other requests for approval.

based on actual experience I had this idea.I found some of my old posts filled with broken URL linksto fix these errors would take time, that I hadn't at that momentmissing a HIDE switch I just unpublished it.Re-Publishing marked it as NEW. No pro...
