Security settings for mirror configurations Merged

Currently, there is no way to mirror security settings and configurations.

Need a lib/tool to provide security settings mirroring capabilities

I think, the idea is to share the security component by mirorring (users, resources, roles, permissions, etc...)
And I vote for that
