When I open a WRC about an issue I have, problem etc. all following communications are done to my email (as it apears in WRC).
Since we have multiple people that develop on Intersystems technologies (all those people do exist in "contacts" and all have a WRC credentials) it would be good that I could add 1 or more of those "already registered" people (on the same organization) to a "watch list" to any WRC ticket.
Yaron, I think you can add additional people to the "email" field, so that the people listed in this field also receive an update. Though it's not exactly what you are asking for
