LIMIT OFFSET support for IRIS SQL

LIMIT OFFSET feature is widely used by other databases. And it is a real pain at the moment to achieve something similar on IRIS SQL. Django ORM for instance requires this for pagination, and there is no way to make it some other way

Add SCRAM-512 Authentication to IRIS Kafka adapters

I tried to use Kafka service and Kafka operation in IRIS interoperability. Our Kafka cluster requires SCRAM-512 authentication or TLS encryption, not SASL-plain which is offered in current Kafka adapters.
