Bonus Points for Implementors

I just hope- for the sake of fairness -
that not only the one placing an idea gets Bonus Points in GM
but also the one that did the practical work as:
- implementation,
- testing,
- describing,
- documentation,
- publishing

gets some points as well.
This is sometimes a different developer more skilled on the subject.

    The actual setup is pure "capitalism": the owner gets the money, the worker gets a handshake !
