Hi Myriam! Thank you for your idea. Based on information from our experts, Global Masters provides a lot of notifications for users (see comments below). So it's not clear when you need to use a chatbot. That's why the status of this idea was changed to "will not implement". The status can be changed in case you tell us more details.

We do have notifications to keep members informed about challenges, rewards, etc. so more detailed examples would help us better understand your need and your idea.

All personal notifications are already available there, such as already redeemed rewards, completed challenges, or remaining points. All are quite good accessible.
Global (not personal) notifications about any new rewards available, can be done with Discord for instance in addition to Posts on DC (where it's already posted).
