Class Documentation - Add Comments

Add an option to include tags for comments in a Class Definition, that will show up in the generated Class Documentation.

E.g. <DESCRIPTION>, <AUTHOR>

Thanks Alexander, I have re-visited the documentation and found that I can cover most of my requirements using the HTML tags provided.

Paul, some tags are already supported in class documentation.
