Add wizard to create class with its properties

Create a wizar to create properties (name, type, Json or XML properties) and select if it's persisten or serial. Similar to SOAP wizard.

By this way, we can create very quickly a class or message (request or response) for our develpoment.

It could be integrated also in Visual Studio.
