It would be helpful to flag items of particular interest on I service ie a priority list of items that we really need focus and are affecting the organisation more than others. This would be different to the priority status in that customers can flag up to 5-10 key issues per month and ISC would focus on those key issues for resolution, whether that would be local fix, user error, JIRA, product change etc. It would help allocate resources more affectively and allow customers to visibly see their flagged items across the multiple teams within an organisation.
