Allow more than a single review by USER

I often check packages after years.
they are mostly improved
but there is no way to either update prev. review
Or write a new one.

my actual workaround is a 2nd account

    Thank you for your idea!
    You can use reply function if you want to add update after some time without changing the mark.
    Multiple reviews from one user is not what reviewing is for - you can't have two opinions at the same time. It is okay to change the review over time but adding different ones is quite confusing.
