Create a VS Code extension that provides an alternative to the CLI user interface with the InterSystems Package Manager (aka IPM / ZPM).
When working in VS Code a developer sometimes wants to install additional packages onto their IRIS server. Or perhaps they are coding a new package (or improving an existing one), so want to run packaging commands.
Doing these tasks, and other IPM ones, without resorting to a command shell on the server will be a UX improvement.

Starting with version 1.0.4 of the extension this feature is now available to devs who use the client-side development paradigm. See https://community.intersystems.com/post/ipm-vs-code-now-works-devs-who-target-docker-container-compile-and-run-their-local-sources for the announcement.
