Our team has requested additional features from the Global Masters platform vendor to enhance the user experience when ordering swag. However, we currently don't have a clear timeline for the implementation of these features.
As a workaround, you can follow these steps: navigate to your profile >> click Edit profile >> go to the Shipping Information tab >> fill in your shipping details >> click save. Once your details are saved, you won't have to fill them in each time you redeem a prize. Hope that helps!
