Add info about the versions in which the functionality works in the documentation Merged

It's a common question of the users when they are looking for a functionality in the official documentation if that functionality is implemented in the IRIS version that they are using. It would be very helpfull to have a reference to the first version in which the functionality was implemented in the page of the latest version.
