Reading the FHIR documentation, it seems like it is mostly geared for those that are hosting Repositories within IRIS. It would be nice for those that do not host repositories to have a step by step process to go through in setting up what is necessary to connect to a external FHIR repository. I find it awfully confusing reading the documentation to understand if I need to setup a separate namespace for FHIR vs adding it to my existing namespace. The more namespaces we have the more it becomes harder to monitor all the different namespaces.
